Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing the next day. Processing time usually takes 1 to 3 business day and orders will arrive within 5 business days from when the order is processed. Flash orders must be placed by 3:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive in 1 or 3 business days from when the order is placed. Expedite orders must be placed by 9:00 AM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Some articles with an international supplier could experiment with some delay of more than 20 days in the delivery of goods. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange of the item purchase. ( Shipping cost is not refundable) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, cosmetics, or face mask cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
